By downloading or using the Wedding Diary app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.
1. Usage Restrictions
- You are not allowed to copy or modify the app.
- You cannot extract the source code of the app.
- You must not create derivative versions of the app.
- All intellectual property rights belong to OneGroup.
2. Service Changes
OneGroup reserves the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time. Any charges will always be clearly communicated before being applied.
3. User Data
The app stores and processes personal data such as name, email, phone number, and other user-related information to provide the service.
4. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms & Conditions, including:
- Google Play Services
- Firebase Services
- Google AdMob
5. Internet & Charges
Some features require an internet connection. OneGroup is not responsible if the app does not work properly due to lack of internet access.
You may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage. You are responsible for these charges.
6. Device Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and functional. OneGroup is not responsible if you cannot use the app due to device-related issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure accuracy, OneGroup is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of the app.
8. Updates & Termination
The app may be updated from time to time. You must install updates to continue using it.
We may stop providing the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.
