1. Who we are

Local Shops is provided by OneGroup. The app helps shop owners, employees, and customers manage products, orders, dues, payments, employee tasks, attendance, salary, cash collection, invoices, and local store connections.

2. Data Local Shops may handle

Profile and account data: role, name, mobile number, email, address, login state, premium/admin flags, and profile timestamps.
Business records: products, categories, units, stock, variants, suppliers, orders, clients, invoices, dues, discounts, payment history, and reminders.
Employee management data: employee profiles, attendance, shifts, tasks, leave requests, salary records, cash collections, and handover notes.
Files and media: product images, invoice backup files, exported JSON files, Google Sheet sync data, and QR/barcode scan output.

3. How we use data

  • To create and manage orders, products, payments, invoices, stock, and dues.
  • To support owner, employee, and customer workflows.
  • To sync selected data between nearby owner, employee, and customer devices.
  • To send local notifications for order, payment, and reminder workflows.
  • To provide backup, import, export, and optional Google Sheet sync features.
  • To verify login, premium state, admin access, and account profile data when cloud features are used.

4. Sharing and third-party services

Local Shops does not sell your business records. Data may be processed by service providers only when a related app feature is used.

  • Firebase and Google Sign-In: used for login, profile, premium/admin state, and cloud-related account data.
  • Google Sheets: optional sync may export selected business records to a Google Sheet connected by the user.
  • Google Mobile Ads: may be used to show ads in non-premium experiences.
  • UPI and external apps: payment requests may open external UPI apps. Local Shops does not process card or bank payments directly.
  • Device-to-device sync: owner, employee, and customer devices may exchange catalog, order, and work data after connection approval.

5. Device permissions

  • Camera: barcode scanning, QR store connection, and product image capture.
  • Notifications and vibration: local order, payment, and reminder alerts.
  • Bluetooth and nearby Wi-Fi: local sync between owner, employee, and customer devices.
  • Network/Wi-Fi state: local socket, Wi-Fi Direct, and internet-dependent features.
  • Storage/media access through pickers: selecting, importing, exporting, or sharing files and images where supported by the device.
The current app does not use microphone recording, biometric access, exact alarm scheduling, or background foreground data-sync permissions.

6. Retention, export, and deletion

Local records remain on the device until the user edits, deletes, exports, imports, clears app data, or uninstalls the app. Cloud profile records remain while the account is active or while needed for support, security, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.

7. Children

Local Shops is intended for business and store-management use. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, contact OneGroup for review.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By installing, accessing, or using Local Shops, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About Local Shops

Local Shops is a store-management application for creating and managing products, stock, orders, clients, invoices, dues, reminders, employees, attendance, tasks, leave, salary, cash collections, and local owner/customer/employee sync.

The app may include local-only features, device-to-device sync, optional Google Sign-In, optional Google Sheet sync, local notifications, product image handling, QR/barcode scanning, ads, and premium features.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Enter accurate business, customer, employee, order, product, and payment information.
  • Use the app only for lawful business or personal store-management purposes.
  • Get any required consent before storing customer or employee personal data.
  • Review invoices, dues, salary, stock, and payment records before relying on them.
  • Keep your device, Google account, backups, and exported files secure.
  • Do not misuse local sync, notifications, UPI requests, or contact features.

4. Local data, backups, and sync

Local Shops stores many records on the device. You are responsible for exporting backups, protecting backup files, and importing data carefully. If you delete app data, uninstall the app, reset the phone, or lose the device without backup, local records may not be recoverable.

Device-to-device sync requires trust between the connected owner, employee, or customer devices. Only connect with devices and users you recognize.

5. Payments and UPI

Local Shops can help record payment status and may open UPI or other external payment apps for payment requests. OneGroup does not operate as a bank, wallet, payment processor, or financial institution. Payment settlement, failures, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are handled by the relevant payment provider and the users involved.

6. Premium, ads, and cloud features

Some features may be free, ad-supported, premium, limited by quota, or dependent on third-party services such as Google, Firebase, Google Sheets, or advertising services. Availability may change based on app version, account state, service limits, device compatibility, or policy requirements.

7. No professional advice

Reports, stock valuation, payment reminders, salary calculations, order totals, invoices, and dashboards are tools for business convenience. They are not legal, tax, accounting, employment, financial, or compliance advice. Verify important records before making business decisions.

8. Availability and changes

OneGroup may improve, remove, pause, or change features to maintain security, reliability, compatibility, policy compliance, or product quality. Some features require internet access, compatible hardware, permissions, Google services, or nearby device availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Local Shops is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OneGroup is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from app use, data entry mistakes, sync conflicts, payment disputes, lost backups, device loss, service interruptions, or third-party service issues.

10. Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of account/profile data by following the Delete URL Instruction page or by emailing onegroup1008@gmail.com. Local-only records stored on your device must be removed from the device by clearing app data, deleting records, or uninstalling the app, unless those records were synced to a OneGroup-controlled cloud service.

These terms should be reviewed whenever the app is published, rebranded, or connected to new payment, cloud, advertising, or account services.

Fast deletion request

1. What to include in your request

Send your request to onegroup1008@gmail.com and include enough information for OneGroup to verify the correct record.

  • Registered email or Google account email used in the app.
  • Mobile number, if saved in your profile.

2. Deletion process

Step 1: Send request
Email OneGroup using the address above.
Step 2: Verify ownership
OneGroup may ask for confirmation to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Step 3: Delete eligible cloud data
Cloud profile/account records controlled by OneGroup are deleted where they can be matched and are not required for legitimate retention.
Step 4: Confirm completion
OneGroup will reply after the request is processed or if more information is needed.

Most valid requests are reviewed within a reasonable support period. Some records may take longer when verification, fraud prevention, security review, legal retention, or third-party service processing is required.

3. Local device data

Local Shops stores many business records directly on the device, including products, orders, clients, employee data, payment history, images, backups, and sync snapshots. OneGroup cannot remotely remove local-only data from every phone or tablet.

To remove local data from your own device, use one or more of these options:

  • Delete records inside the app where a delete option is available.
  • Clear app storage/data from Android app settings.
  • Uninstall Local Shops from the device.
  • Delete exported JSON backup files, invoice PDFs, images, or Google Sheet copies you created.
If your data was synced to another owner, employee, or customer device, ask that device holder to delete their local copy too.

4. Data that may be retained

Some limited information may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, financial records, abuse prevention, or proof that a deletion request was completed. Retained data is kept only as long as needed for the applicable purpose.

5. Delete only selected data

Atal Bihari Pandey is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. The Calculator Jadu app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide my Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure.
