Request deletion of your Local Shops account and data.
This page explains how Local Shops users can request account/profile deletion and how local device data should be removed.

Fast deletion request
Email OneGroup with the subject Delete Local Shops account. Use this email address: onegroup1008@gmail.com
1. What to include in your request
Send your request to onegroup1008@gmail.com and include enough information for OneGroup to verify the correct record.
- Registered email or Google account email used in the app.
- Mobile number, if saved in your profile.
- Your role: owner, employee, or customer.
- Shop name, customer name, or employee name if available.
- A clear statement: "Please delete my Local Shops account and associated cloud profile data."
2. Deletion process
Email OneGroup using the address above.
OneGroup may ask for confirmation to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Cloud profile/account records controlled by OneGroup are deleted where they can be matched and are not required for legitimate retention.
OneGroup will reply after the request is processed or if more information is needed.
Most valid requests are reviewed within a reasonable support period. Some records may take longer when verification, fraud prevention, security review, legal retention, or third-party service processing is required.
3. Local device data
Local Shops stores many business records directly on the device, including products, orders, clients, employee data, payment history, images, backups, and sync snapshots. OneGroup cannot remotely remove local-only data from every phone or tablet.
To remove local data from your own device, use one or more of these options:
- Delete records inside the app where a delete option is available.
- Clear app storage/data from Android app settings.
- Uninstall Local Shops from the device.
- Delete exported JSON backup files, invoice PDFs, images, or Google Sheet copies you created.
4. Data that may be retained
Some limited information may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, financial records, abuse prevention, or proof that a deletion request was completed. Retained data is kept only as long as needed for the applicable purpose.
5. Delete only selected data
If you do not want to delete your full account/profile, mention the specific data you want removed, such as cloud profile details, support history, or a specific synced record. OneGroup will review whether partial deletion is possible.
