Account Deletion Policy
At Cart-Click (Pandey Store), we value your privacy and comply with the Google Play Developer Account Deletion Policy. You can initiate the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time directly within the mobile application.
How to Delete Your Account
•In-App Method (Instant): Open the Cart-Click app, go to your Profile screen or open the sidebar navigation Drawer, and click Delete Account. This will instantly soft-delete your profile, wipe active session tokens, and log you out.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon confirming deletion via the app, the following user data will be permanently wiped from our active database:
•Your name, email address, profile photo, and mobile number.
•Your saved shipping address and village filters.
•Active session tokens and login credentials.
Legal Retention Notice: In compliance with standard local merchant auditing, tax regulations, and anti-fraud guidelines, Pandey Store retains historical purchase invoices and order fulfillment records. However, all personally identifying credentials (emails/mobile/avatars) will be stripped or anonymized.
